- Customers are our Pay Masters. It is because of them that we get our monthly salaries.
- Customers are doing favour on us by consuming our services. They have lots of options, We don’t ….
- Every transaction has to be treated as our first transaction and we all have to be on our feet to make customer delighted. We have very limited time to execute ourselves to delight the customers. If we delay, customer would approach somebody else.
- It is our duty to provide appropriate solution to our customers, if they ever need any. COVID 19 stopped customers to visit temples. We pushed ourselves with digital solutions with an aim to have smile on our customers faces. This is our biggest reward.
- Respect each and every customer irrespective of the fact whether orders come in or not. Customers are more important than Orders in our company.
- Team World of Devotion is made to learn that we all have to operate with a committed mind, if we have to reach and meet our Big “Y.”
- Even if, as an organization, if we ever fail to meet any customer expectations, we shouldn’t justify ourselves, rather learn from it to never repeat it again.
- Every team member is extremely important and critical in our company. As co-founders, we prefer to remain in Gratitude to Attitude.
- As co-founders we prefer to climb step by step – one by one – prospect to delighted customer. We focus only on what is good for our company. Ethical behaviour – Clean image – Zero controversy – Creative Minds – Customer Focus = SUCCESS.
- Last but not the least, We strongly like to UPDATE – UPGRADE – INNOVATE ourselves for our Customers and only for our Customers.
Dollars matter to us but Smile on our Customers face matters the most. Every time a customer smiles, we feel that we received our reward.
There are times when customers ask us difficult questions. As co-founders we feel that even if we are not able to satisfy or please the customer, our intention should not be to hurt any one.
Lastly, the Lines or Wrinkles on the face of our customers decides our yearly appraisals. Lesser the Lines or Wrinkles – higher the Percentage.
